Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Domestic Shipping (Ghana)
- Economy Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
Africa
- DHL Express: 5-10 business days
International
- USPS: 10-21 business days
- DHL Express: 5-12 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Ghana, please note:
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country
- We use DHL Express and USPS for international shipments to ensure reliable delivery with tracking
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
